Hi, my name is Chisanupong Varagornvoravuti (Geno). As of writing this, I am about to enter my senior year at KAIST in Korea, where I am pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Business and Technology Management. Currently, I am working as a Management Associate Intern.

Why did you choose to intern here in this position?

I applied for this position not only to gain valuable work experience but also to enhance my soft and communication skills. Additionally, I am eager to learn about various aspects of the company's working environment. I believe this role is the perfect fit, as it allows me to significantly contribute to the team while also achieving my personal and professional development goals.

What did you get to do?

Since the company is planning to launch a new product and I was assigned to spearhead the project, thus, the main work I do while working here is product development. The work ranges from doing market research to identify customers to product design, creating prototypes, and product testing. Outside of that, I also get to do other works as well such as industry research and AI research, as well as help review and give feedback to other teams’ work/projects.

What did you get from working here?

Working here has been an incredibly enriching experience. I gained hands-on experience in leading a product development project from concept to testing, which significantly improved my technical and project management skills. I also enhanced my soft skills, particularly in communication and teamwork, by collaborating with various departments and providing feedback on different projects. Additionally, I developed a deeper understanding of market research and AI applications, which broadened my knowledge and perspective in these areas. Overall, this role has been instrumental in both my professional and personal growth.
