Job Description

As a Project Manager who can manage outsourcing projects for our international client, Planning and organizing tasks in a project. Also, Coordinate with all related teams of each project and make sure to have everything go as planned. This role plays an important part in the development cycle, not only coordinating all projects but know about PMBOK.


Planned and organized tasks in a project. Coordinate with all related teams of each project and make sure to have everything go as planned. Setup process and periodically meeting for each project. Review the quality of the work completed with team members. Establish effective and positive communication amongst all team members. Assist in system integration and technical sales. Assist in project and product management. Pro-active in solving problems in various situations. Send periodically report to company executives. Other tasks related to a project that required by company executives. Make the impossible, possible and can have fun ;)


3-15 Years of Experiences in IT Project Coordinator and/or Project Planning preferably in start-ups environment (or small company) Ability to interpret large data and multitasking. Must have experience in Agile software development and IT outsources managing Know how to use Project Management tools like JIRA You loved to communicate via Slack or email. Adaptable, active, to work and able to perform under pressure. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking and real good at planning and estimation. Good at English for both oral and written is a must. Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus Experiences in IT Startups, SaaS, Image Processing field will be an advantage. If you know one of these languages Ruby will be a huge advantage.
